What you can write about
The product and the release. What does not work, what is missing, when the app will appear on the App Store and Google Play.
Personal data. A request to access, correct or delete data; questions about the privacy policy.
Security. If you have found a vulnerability in the site or the API, write to this address rather than publishing the details.
Partnership. Shops, garages, dealers and suppliers who want to receive requests; press and partners.
What does not exist yet
- A phone number. We do not publish one.
- In-app support. The app has not been released, so user support inside it does not exist yet.
- A form on the site. There is no contact form on the site — please write an email.
- A response time. No fixed time is promised: emails are read by the developer and replies depend on workload. If a time is ever guaranteed, it will appear here rather than as a promise we cannot keep.
